| William P. Moore II Mr. Moore joined Desert Radiologists in 2006 to provide operational leadership, as well as direct the company’s strategic development and long-term institutional goals. Mr. Moore works closely with the senior management team and guides the internal functions for the achievement of corporate objectives. With 25 years of management and leadership experience in healthcare, Mr. Moore has provided oversight and direction to major hospitals and medical organizations. His experience in healthcare has involved mergers, acquisitions and consolidations with a strong focus on strategic growth and development. Before joining Desert Radiologists, Mr. Moore was employed by US Oncology. As Senior Vice President of Operations for the West Region, he provided operational leadership to six large oncology practices located in Nevada, California, Oregon and Washington. Mr. Moore holds a Master of Business Administration from Westminster College and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the University of Utah. In 2007, Mr. Moore obtained and currently holds the status as a Certified Radiology Administrator (CRA) from the Radiology Administration Certification Commission (RACC). |
| Jerry Hartman Mr. Hartman obtained a Master of Public Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Medical Imaging from the University of Nevada Las Vegas. Mr. Hartman holds certifications by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in the areas of Radiography (R) and Cardiovascular (CV). As Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Hartman is responsible for directing, administering and coordinating all Clinical and Patient Relations functions of the organization in accordance with policies, goals and objectives established by the Executive Committee. Mr. Hartman assists in developing strategic short and long-range plans to cover operations, personnel, and financial performance and growth. Hartman also serves as Desert Radiologists' HIPAA Official. |
| Patricia A. Harms Ms. Harms joined Desert Radiologists in 2010 bringing 20 years of healthcare management experience. As a member of the senior management team, Ms. Harms provides overall financial leadership and direction over the revenue cycle management for the organization. Ms. Harms' most recent position was Director of Finance for AKDHC, LLC, a large nephrology practice providing services throughout Arizona. As part of her responsibilities, she was a member of the Board of Directors for their joint venture with a large dialysis company owning 60 treatment centers in Arizona. Ms. Harms' previous healthcare management experience encompasses surgery, gastroenterology, internal medicine, obstetrics and pediatric practices. In addition to these leadership roles, she has also provided consulting services to healthcare providers over the years. Ms. Harms earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of Illinois, Urbana -Champaign and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Illinois State University. Ms. Harms has been a Certified Public Accountant since 1989. Ms. Harms successfully achieved the designation of Fellow in the American College of Medical Practice Executives (FACMPE) in 2006. |
| Mr. Burke obtained a Bachelors of Arts in Accounting from the University of Utah in 2001 and later obtained a Masters of Accountancy from the University of Phoenix in 2005. Prior to joining Desert Radiologists, Mr. Burke served as Controller and Director of the Central Billing Office for a Physical Therapy provider, where he provided revenue analysis, managed the accounting cycle for month and year end as well as coordinating the year-end audit. As Controller, Mr. Burke will be responsible for preparing financial statements and all general accounting functions of the organizations' finance department. |
| Kim Nagle Ms. Nagle obtained a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Iowa State University in 1990. She obtained the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification in 1995 and the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification in 2001. As the Human Resources Director, Ms. Nagle plans, develops, implements and administers all personnel programs for human resources related areas to include: employment, compensation and benefits, employee relations, equal employment opportunity and training.

| Mike Reardon Mr. Reardon joined Desert Radiologists in 2008 to provide advanced technological expertise and strategic planning for the organization's Information Services division. Mr. Reardon has over 15 years of experience in various areas of information technology. Prior to joining Desert Radiologists, he served as the Information Technology Manager for the nation's premiere telecommunications provider to the convention and trade show industry. Some of Mr. Reardon's core responsibilities include direction of the information systems and information technology teams, overseeing clinical implementations, emerging technology development, vendor contract management and corporate IT governance. Mr. Reardon holds several technology certifications and earned an Associates of Science in Biology from the College of Southern Nevada. |
| Teresa Grate Ms. Grate joined Desert Radiologists in 2008 with 17 years of experience in radiology, healthcare informatics and information systems support. Ms. Grate's responsibilities include administration of the radiology information system (RIS), picture archiving and communication systems (PACS) as well as being actively involved with partnered facilities to ensure timely management of all radiology dictations. Ms. Grate's core role is managing the day to day operations of the information systems team. Ms. Grate obtained an Associate of Science in Health Sciences from Carl Sandburg College in Illinois and holds certifications by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in the area of Radiography (R). |
| Gary Suskind Mr. Suskind joined Desert Radiologists in 2009, and has over 20 years of experience in Information Technology. He obtained a Bachelor of Science from Texas Tech University and holds various technical certifications. Prior to joining Desert Radiologists, Mr. Suskind served as an Information Technology Manager and Senior Level Technical Engineer in the fields of telecommunications and manufacturing. As the Information Technology Manager, some of Mr. Suskind responsibilities include the management of the Information Technology Department in addition the planning, implementation, maintenance and stability of the organization's technology infrastructure. |
| Corrie Riccadonna Ms. Riccadonna joined Desert Radiologists in 2002 and has over 12 years experience in advertising and marketing, graphic design, branding and public relations. Ms. Riccadonna began her marketing career at a leading public relations firm in New York City, where she contributed to a variety of product launches, youth marketing, special events and new business pitches for national consumer and healthcare clients. As the Marketing Manager, Ms. Riccadonna is responsible for overseeing all advertising, graphic design, corporate communications, public and physician relations, as well as, the organization's community outreach efforts. |
| Rhonda Lipsman Ms. Lipsman earned an Associate of Science degree from UNLV in 1972. She holds certifications by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in the areas of Radiography (R), Computed Tomography (CT), Mammography (M), and Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MR). Ms. Lipsman serves as the facility manager for Desert Radiologists’ Horizon Ridge location. As facility manager, she is responsible for general oversight/direction of all facility operations. As part of that responsibility, Ms. Lipsman directs technical/patient care related issues in all departments. She also assists in the development and implementation of departmental policies and procedures. |
| Keith Mosley Mr. Mosley is a graduate of the United States Army Academy of Health Sciences Radiologic Technology program in San Antonio, Texas and holds a Bachelors Degree in Health Care Administration from Warren National Unviersity in Wyoming. Mr. Mosley holds certifications by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in the areas of Radiography (R) and Computed Tomography (CT) and has over 26 years of medical experience. As facility manager, he is responsible for general oversight/direction of all facility operations. As part of that responsibility, Mr. Mosley directs technical/patient care related issues in all departments. He also assists in the development and implementation of departmental policies and procedures. |
| Carrie Fulton Ms. Fulton obtained an Associate of Science in Health Sciences from the University of Nevada Las Vegas. She holds certifications by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in the areas of Radiography (R), Mammography (M), and Computed Tomography (CT). As facility manager for the Palomino location, Ms. Fulton oversees all technical related operations for the Palomino location. She also assists in the development and implementation of departmental policies and procedures. |
| Victor Vaughn Mr. Vaughn obtained a Master's degree in Radiologic Sciences with a major in Radiologic Education, Summa Cum Laude, from Midwestern State University in Wichita Falls, Texas. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Radiologic Sciences, Magna Cum Laude, from Florida Hospital College of Health Sciences in Orlando, Florida. He holds certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in the areas of Radiography (R), Computed Tomography (CT), and Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI). Mr. Vaughn serves as facility manager for Desert Radiologists' Cathedral Rock location. As facility manager, he is responsible for general oversight/direction of all facility operations. As part of that responsibility, Mr. Vaughn directs technical/patient care issues in all departments. He also assists in the development and implementation of departmental policies and procedures. |
